Auto. car battery ICW, polarity/short circuit test and weld condition check machine

Product description
This machine performs the pre-welding short-circuit test, followed by the intercell welding and weld quality test, including post-welding short-circuit test and internal resistance test.

Machine operation
After being delivered to the working area, the batteries are automatically positioned for the polarity and short circuit test, after which they are conveyed to the next station. The welding heads go down until reaching a pre-set position and execute the welding process automatically (5 times). Once the welding has been completed, they retract to their original position. If any anomalies are detected, an alarm is triggered and unqualified batteries are sent to the rejection area, while approved batteries continue to the next station.
