After the air leak test and coding processes, the dry charged battery vent holes must be sealed with aluminum foil to avoid oxidation, which would affect the battery’s quality. This machine seals them with aluminum foil.
Machine operation
After air leak testing and coding, the battery is conveyed to this machine’s work area. The machine applies heat to seal the foil on the vent holes and on the side of the battery. Finally, it automatically cuts off the foil.
