Functions
After the inter-cell welding and weld quality check, this machine seals the battery’s cover and container together.

Machine operation
The operator places the cover on the container and puts it on the conveyor. At the heat melting station, the machine will melt the cover and the container’s borders, press them and seal them together. After cooling, the sealed battery will be sent to the next station.

  • Insufficient air pressure will trigger the alarm and send the machine into auto-stop; if the heater hasn’t reached the desired temperature, auto-start will not work.
  • Capacity: 140-180 pcs/h (>70 Ah); 320-360 pcs/h (< 70 Ah)
