Inter-cell welding (ICW) is the process of fusing the lead straps to connect the batteries’ cells. Most lead-acid batteries are welded through the partition (TTP). Getting inter-cell welding right is the key to healthy batteries and low rejection rates.
With more than three decades of experience and dozens of registered patents, Battery Technology Source is universally recognized as the leading inter-cell welding expert.
