With state-of-the-art temperature sensors for a more granular control, our fully and semi-auto heat sealing machines are compatible with most battery types, and can handle both polypropylene and ABS battery covers and containers (though customers using the latter may prefer our glue application machine).

BTS heat sealing machines are specially designed to reduce setup and changeover time. Our single-touch detection function automatically chooses the most suitable parameters for each model. Servomotors are used to ensure the batteries are correctly positioned before the machine starts melting the plastic surface. Other optional features include a time-saving quick changeover system and pre-heating station.

Thanks to our flexible, modular design philosophy, our heat sealing machines can be modified to integrate other functions, like a CCD polarity test, and even paired with a custom-made cover placing machine for an even smoother, fully automated workflow that requires almost no human intervention.
