Polarity and short-circuit test before inter-cell welding.

Machine operation
After COS, the batteries are conveyed to this tester and automatically positioned. A CCD camera is used to check the plates' polarity. If reverse polarity or short-circuit are found in any cell, the machine triggers an alarm and the affected batteries are rejected, while approved batteries are sent to the next station.
